Hawkeye Freefall #4 (Marvel)
By: Matthew Rosenberg, Otto Schmidt

You remember that scene in the Mighty Ducks when Goldberg farts, and everyone blames it on him, and he yells "it wasn't me", and in D2 when the same thing happened and Dean Portman yells "IT WAS ME."  This is what it feels like when any other superhero has to interact with Hawkeye in this book.  (that's right a Mighty Ducks fart joke....that's the high quality content you get from me...).  As Hawkeye meets with Daredevil he's ultimately invited to meet with a group of heroes to stake out one of the Hood's hideouts because they believe Ronin can be caught, and if they get rid of Ronin, they get rid of the Hood.  However they still don't know that Clint is both of them.

After grabbing a Skrull break dancer off the subway to play the role of Ronin, and he's late so he has to play the role of Hawkeye, but then robot Clint gets shown up, and gets an Arrow to the eye....yeah, this shit is still crazy, and I still love it!

What should you do? If you are not reading this, you have some bad life decisions you have to deal with....

X-Men #8 (Marvel)
By: Jonathan Hickman, Mahmud Asrar, Sunny Gho

Just when you thought space was done in New Mutants.....OH MY GOD WE HAVE SPACE MUTANTS AGAIN!!! This whole book is fighting off some alien bug things (think Starship Troopers) who have descended upon Krakoa because they want a King egg which disrupts their breeding cycle.  The plan?  Get the egg off of Krakoa, by hopping to the moon and then flying through the galaxy...I have NO IDEA how any of this could go wrong...

New Mutants #9 (Marvel)
By: Ed Brisson, Flaviano, Carlos Lopez

THIS BOOK WAS A GODDAMN ACID TRIP, WITH TRIPPY ART AND I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT....

Ant-Man #3 (Marvel)
By: Zeb Wells, Dylan Burnett, Mike Spicer

For as much as Hawkeye gets shit on like everyone's kid brother, I feel like he is a step above Ant-Man in terms of the level of respect.  This book focuses on trying to find the origin of Macrothrax.  After Ant-Man fires shots at the WCA (like Cassie's mother the book before) he has to seek out the help of the REAL Avengers to prevent the insect-a-pocalpse.  After watching some hilarious banter between Ant-Man and Black Cat, with a nervous Spider-Man in tow, they end up fighting a giant manifestation of silk worms, and you see how badass Cassie truly is.

What should you do? I think this is great, Wells has a great handle on the absurdity of Ant-Man, and now we'll find out what happens when others get access to Pym particles....it's probably Pam's fault....
