Enter the Poserverse 2.0

You may notice that today's blog post (and the website in general) may have a totally different feel, and past bits of content are gone....so what's up?

I honestly think one of the reasons (aside from time) updates to Comic Book Poser 1.0 were lacking of recent is that the website felt ugly, messy, and unable to be modified to do some of the things I wanted it to do. I also was too lazy or terrified to move to a different hosting platform because I was afraid of losing past reviews from the previous blog. However, I think I've done enough googling to be confident in restoring old content (over time) while creating the website I am truly proud to have my name on.

What can you expect from The Poserverse 2.0?

  1. I believe within the next two to three days I will have effectively set-up apps needed to make this a one-stop-shop for all of my content. You can track my writing and my youtube content on one spot, without playing whack-a-mole to find what's being said or done where.

  2. More updates. I plan on releasing content unique to the blog at least twice a week. This could be previews of new indie titles, breakdown of kickstarter projects, or simply writing about a book I enjoyed that fell to the margins on either Shop Talk or my Weekly Rankings video.

  3. Easy to access benefits for either my patrons, discord members or youtube channel members, where you can access both exclusive content AND be able to choose what you would like to win for particular giveaways.

  4. I'm also building easier access for guest contributors to be able to share their content to offer different perspectives on books etc. instead of solely being my own echo chamber!

In Conclusion:

The decision to transition to a new platform re-energized my desire to write and create non-video content, and think about how I can incorporate all of my mediums of communication into one easy to access portal for all things Poserverse! I appreciate your support in my endeavor over the past 3 years with me and I look forward to many years to come!
